Salot PK – Terms and Conditions for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Salot PK ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the Salot PK website located at salotpk.im and all associated services, games, and features available through it.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Salot PK platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use Salot PK in any way.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Salot PK. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

2. Eligibility

The Salot PK platform is intended exclusively for adult users. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform. Salot PK takes underage gambling seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds forfeited.

By creating an account on Salot PK, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local law as it applies to you personally;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person;
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) subject to enhanced due diligence requirements;
• You are not an employee, contractor, or close associate of Salot PK or any of its affiliated partner organisations.

Salot PK serves Pakistani players and all transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). You are responsible for understanding and complying with any laws that apply to your own use of online gaming services in your specific location within Pakistan.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Salot PK account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering on Salot PK you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. This information is used for account verification, identity confirmation, and payment processing.

Salot PK operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. Before processing your first withdrawal, or at any time at our reasonable discretion, we may ask you to provide supporting documentation to verify your identity. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or equivalent government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Salot PK will never contact you via any channel to ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify our support team immediately at support@salotpk.im.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits and transactions on Salot PK are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used.

Salot PK accepts deposits through the following payment methods:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay — digital wallet transfer
• SadaPay — digital wallet transfer
• IBFT — inter-bank funds transfer via any Pakistani bank
• Visa / Mastercard — debit or credit card issued by a Pakistani bank

By depositing funds into your Salot PK account, you confirm that the payment method you are using belongs to you and that all funds are derived from legitimate sources. Salot PK does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to your verified identity, it may be refunded and your account may be reviewed.

Salot PK does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control. Salot PK accepts no responsibility for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on Salot PK are processed to verified payment methods only. The payment method used for withdrawal must be registered under the same identity as your Salot PK account. Salot PK does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: typically 5–15 minutes
• NayaPay / SadaPay: typically 15–30 minutes
• IBFT bank transfer: same business day in most cases; up to 24 hours during weekends or banking holidays
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank

Salot PK does not apply any withdrawal fees. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed identity verification (KYC). Any active bonus wagering requirements must also be met before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits that have not been wagered on a bonus are always withdrawable without restriction.

Salot PK reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawal requests. In such cases, we may request additional documentation before processing the transaction. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on your part.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Salot PK offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms stated on the promotion page at the time of the offer.

General bonus rules that apply to all Salot PK promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance, separate from your real-money balance.
• A wagering requirement (playthrough requirement) must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period stated for the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless otherwise stated.
• Salot PK reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to a player claiming it.
• If Salot PK has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing bonus terms — including through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation — the bonus will be voided and the account may be suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent outside the platform.

7. Gameplay Rules

All casino games, live dealer games, poker tables, and virtual sports betting on Salot PK are governed by the specific game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to these Terms.

Key gameplay principles at Salot PK:

• All computerised game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The probability distributions of these systems are verified by third-party auditing organisations.
• Live dealer games use real physical equipment operated by trained dealers on camera. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by the physical result visible on screen.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and the game has commenced, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Bets are binding from the point of confirmation.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, Salot PK systems will attempt to complete the round according to the game state at the time of disconnection. If the system cannot determine the outcome, the affected bet stake will be returned to your balance.
• Poker hand histories are stored and accessible for player review. Salot PK's anti-collusion system monitors multi-table behaviour patterns continuously.

Salot PK publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games. These figures represent the theoretical long-run return and are not a guarantee of results in any individual session.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Salot PK. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Creating more than one account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, display errors, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions (collusion);
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using Salot PK for money laundering;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute deposits that have been legitimately used for gambling;
• Using another person's payment method or identity;
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt Salot PK's back-end systems or security infrastructure.

9. Responsible Gaming

Salot PK is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that for the vast majority of players, gaming is an enjoyable form of entertainment. However, we also recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to those players seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Salot PK account holders at any time through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will receive a notification when your limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Configure reminders at set intervals that display how long you have been playing and the net result of your current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a longer indefinite exclusion. During exclusion periods, you will not be able to log in or receive marketing communications from Salot PK.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Salot PK reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Chargeback or reversal of a deposit payment;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Court order or instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

You may also close your Salot PK account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and identity verification requirements. Bonus funds in a closed account are not refundable.

Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 24 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Salot PK may apply a monthly maintenance charge to dormant account balances. You will receive email notification before any such charge is applied.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Salot PK platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, written content, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of Salot PK or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Salot PK content without our prior written permission. Any unauthorised use of Salot PK intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Salot PK provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain consistent availability and service quality, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Salot PK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming session data due to technical failure, losses resulting from unauthorised account access you failed to prevent, or losses arising from service downtime during maintenance periods.

Salot PK's total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the funds held in your account at the time of the incident. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Salot PK collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data is used for purposes including account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. Salot PK does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who assist in delivering the platform and with regulatory authorities where legally required.

All data transmitted between your device and Salot PK is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, to request corrections, and to request deletion subject to any legal retention obligations. 14. Amendments to These Terms

Salot PK reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to the address on file and display a notice on the platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of Salot PK after the stated effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date.
